What Does the Warranty Program Cover?

The warranty covers structural and mechanical components of the home reported in satisfactory condition at the time of the inspection. Important components covered under our home warranty program include: Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Cooling, Foundation, Roofing, Frame Work and Built-In Appliances.
The Home Buyers Limited Warranty coverage is for 90 days beginning on the date of the home inspection. If the home does not close within 90 days from the inspection date, coverage will be extended through closing plus 21 days.
